Brock has spent over a decade immersed in high-performance training—working with elite athletes, tactical units, and driven everyday performers. Along the way, he’s learned what works, what doesn’t, and why. He has a demonstrated history of developing training that’s grounded in the most current research, but shaped by experience, always staying current so his athletes get tools that actually move the needle in the right direction.
